Housekeeping Manager Qualifications:

  • 2+ years in a similar role
  • Strong leadership skills, create a motivating work environment
  • Passion for excellence & exceptional guest service 
  • Flexibility for various shifts, weekends, holidays
  • Physical ability to lift heavy objects
  • Excellent communication skills & attention to detail

Housekeeping Manager Duties:

  • Supervise housekeeping team, support training & employee development
  • Ensure preferred cleanliness standards in rooms & public areas
  • Prepare show & VIP rooms, conduct cleanliness inspections
  • Work closely with other hotel departments or guest and service requests
  • Assist in all housekeeping areas as needed
