Food and Beverage Cost Controller Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain control systems for sales and costs, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
- Supervise receiving and storage, department accounts, overseeing month-end inventory of storeroom and Food and Beverage outlets.
- Advise management on cost-saving measures and best practices for Food and Beverage management to control costs effectively.
- Analyze supply, demand, and prices, assess local events' impact on materials, and develop purchasing policies and procedures.
- Coordinate physical bar inventory, ensuring precise counts and enforcing storeroom SOP.
Food and Beverage Cost Controller Requirements:
- Minimum of three years of experience in a position responsible for controlling Food and Beverage costs.
- Good knowledge of cost accounting and purchasing for Food and Beverage.
- Excellent knowledge of Excel.
- Experience in remote or challenging operating environments is helpful.
- Prior training or direct experience in accounting.
- Preference will be afforded to applicants with U.S. or Dutch citizenship.
- Must possess a current passport.
- Proficient in English.
