We are seeking Restaurant Managers to join our growing team. If you love a high-volume, upbeat upscale environment, apply today!
Here's what your daily work like will look like:
- Develop, coach, and direct team
- Strong Leadership skills; leading by example in this hands-on role
- Hands-on and eyes-on at all times in the restaurant-run it as you own it
- Managing all costs: Labor, Food, Liquor.
You're a great candidate if you have/are:
- 2 years of experience in a fast-paced, high-volume establishment.
- Positive, patient, and flexible personality
- Must have experience in an upscale High Volume bar-centric concept
- Strong and proven leadership qualities: coach mentality, lead by example, clear and direct, communicator, maintain retention of employees
