CASUAL FULL-SERVICE RESTAURANT MANAGER

We are seeking a skilled full-service restaurant manager who is looking for professional growth! In this role, you will lead a team in elevated casual service, mentor front-of-house staff, and provide outstanding service to your guests. If you're up to the challenge we'd like to speak with you today!

CASUAL FULL-SERVICE RESTAURANT MANAGER BENEFITS:

CASUAL FULL-SERVICE RESTAURANT MANAGER REQUIREMENTS:

  • Provide outstanding guest focus
  • At least 2 years experience as a casual or upscale restaurant manager
  • Experience with high-volume casual dining
  • Must p[ossess a leader, coach, trainer mentality
  • Hands-on and and supportive

CASUAL FULL-SERVICE RESTAURANT MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage FOH team and operations
  • Manage costs associated with goods and labor
  • Support, train, and develop team
  • Provide accountability when necessary
