We are looking for a Maintenance and Service Technician with experience in HVAC, Hot-line equipment, Electrical Systems, and Refrigeration equipment to join our team. Maintenance Technician Duties:

• Maintaining and repairing ventilation and AC systems and equipment
• Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems
• Providing technical direction to junior team members
• Logging all maintenance activities into our Facilities Maintenance Software and recording refrigerant dispensing
• Using computer-based monitoring and control devices to troubleshoot restaurant systems
• General and Preventative maintenance of facilities including landscaping, lighting, worktables, drain lines, etc… to match health department and company standards

Maintenance Technician Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in commercial refrigeration and restaurant equipment repair
• 3+ years of experience in HVAC repair with RTU from 5-15 tons
• Type 1 & 2 EPA Refrigeration Certifications
• Proficient in the safe usage of power tools including welders
• High Voltage AC Power knowledge – Phase 3
• Experience with refrigerant recovery procedures
• Strong mechanical experience with restaurant equipment, plumbing, utilities, distribution systems, etc…
• The ability to work a 45-50 hour week and to be on call every third weekend for unplanned repair tasks
• The ability to pass a background and driving record check, subject to drug screenings as needed
