Orlando law group seeks a dynamic Sr. Associate/Of Counsel experienced with insurance defense and civil litigation. You will work closely with our attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to provide exceptional legal services to their clients.

Senior Associate Qualifications: 

  • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
  • Admitted to practice law in the State of Florida and in good standing with the Florida Bar
  • 6-10 years of experience in insurance defesnse, product liability (a plus but not required), civil litigation areas of law
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to providing exceptional legal services to our clients
  • Love to get work done in an office setting

Senior Associate Responsibilities: 

  • Represent clients in court proceedings, depositions, mediations, and other legal proceedings
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to identify legal issues and develop strategies
  • Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
  • Communicate with clients, witnesses, and experts to gather information and prepare cases for trial
  • Attend hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings as necessary
  • Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to provide exceptional legal services to our clients
