We are currently seeking a talented and dedicated Sous Chef to join our team at our scratch restaurant. If you have a passion for scratch cooking, meat fabrication, wood smoking, and a drive for culinary excellence, we want to hear from you!
You will be a great fit if you have:
– Minimum of 2 years experience as a Sous Chef
– Proficient in all aspects of scratch cooking techniques and culinary principles
– Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a kitchen crew
– Organizational and time management abilities
– In-depth knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
– Effective communication and interpersonal skills
