Luxury Independent /Brand Hotel is searching for an experienced Associate Director of Hotel Sales. This position will be responsible for all sales activities at a beautiful Boutique Hotel (professionally managed) and support an Area /Executive Director of Sales.
Associate Director of Hotel Sales Benefits and Qualifications:
· Must be able to effectively communicate both verbally and written with all levels of employees and guests in an attentive, friendly, courteous, and service-oriented manner.
· 4 years plus of progressive Hotel /Resort Sales experience.
· College Degree is a plus. / Valid Driver's License is a must.
· Must be skilled in Microsoft Office, and experience with a CRM/ Hotel Sales system.
· Generous Base salary of 110k to 130k.
· Quarterly performance compensation- 30%+ (Uncapped Bonus potential) of base salary.

Associate Director of Hotel Sales Responsibilities:
· Responsible for all sales activities at the property, including managing 2 Sales Managers and an Administrative Assistant.
· Develop and maintain market awareness to ensure the ability to predict revenue opportunities and set proactive strategies.
· Meet or exceed set sales and activity goals / Initiate and follow up on leads.
· Assist with the coordination of the group and transient bookings to maximize profits.
· Maintain and participate in an active sales solicitation program.
· Assist in the preparation of required reports promptly.
· Motivate, coach, and counsel the Sales Team according to Hotel SOP’s.
· Monitor the production of all top accounts and evaluate trends within your market.
· Monitor the Sales incentive plans.
· Assist in preparing the annual budget and Marketing Plan.
· Preparing the ongoing monthly and 90-day forecast.
