Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the kitchen team by setting goals and establishing priorities
- Monitor staff to ensure each individual meets their role's requirements and expectations with coaching and training at all times
- Create and maintain great working relationships with other management members
- Unshakeable focus on facilities, maintenance, cleanliness, and organization
- Ensure that all available systems and procedures are followed without fail
Kitchen Manager qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in full-service kitchen leadership
- Recent experience in scratch-kitchen environments within casual dining is highly preferred
- The ability to work a varied schedule that could include early morning and late nights
- Ability to be hands-on as needed and always willing to offer assistance to the team
- Strong training, coaching, and communication standards
