Assistant Manager Requirements:

Uphold the brand standards
Make lasting connections and create memories for all our guests
Value hospitality, excellence, and integrity while being kind and authentic
Work to recruit, develop, “coach and teach” the staff
Build sales, control costs, and help
A training background and solid P&L skills
Candidates must be true believers in the company and its product and share their passion with our guests and colleagues.
Must be honest and genuine with an ownership-driven mentality and a hands-on attitude
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Composed problem-solving ability
Two years of comparable restaurant experience as a manager.

Assistant Manager Qualifications:

Has experience running the floor of a high-volume restaurant
Three years of Full Service Fine Dining Front House Manager experience
Three years of restaurant/hospitality experience
Communicates information effectively and efficiently.
Ability to utilize the latest technology to run the floor of a high-volume restaurant efficiently
