Assistant Manager Requirements:

  • Uphold the brand standards
  • Make lasting connections and create memories for all our guests

  • Work to recruit, develop, “coach and teach” the staff
  • Build sales, control costs, and help
  • A training background and solid P&L skills
  • Candidates must be true believers in the company and its product and share their passion with our guests and colleagues.
  • Must be honest and genuine with an ownership-driven mentality and a hands-on attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Composed problem-solving ability
  • Two years of comparable restaurant experience as a manager.

Assistant Manager Qualifications:

  • Has experience running the floor of a high-volume restaurant
  • Three years of Full Service Fine Dining Front House Manager experience
  • Three years of restaurant/hospitality experience
  • Communicates information effectively and efficiently.
  • Ability to utilize the latest technology to run the floor of a high-volume restaurant efficiently
