We are looking for a leader and polished, professional chef to join our team as a Sous Chef! You will be learning and working under an amazing chef and leading a team putting out only the most incredible food!
Sous Chef Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as a Sous Chef or CDC at a Luxury property
- Experience with banquets, small parties, or in-suite dining
- Mature leadership abilities
- Experience with scheduling, purchasing, and managing team members
- Experience with high-volume outlets
Sous Chef Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with Executive Chef, understand and translate Chef's vision into action
- Schedule team members and supervisors in multiple outlets and banquet programs
- Hold the team members accountable for the quality and consistency of preparations
