Brand Manager Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Manage and maintain brand identity and consistency across all marketing channels.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends and consumer preferences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze brand performance, adjusting strategies as needed to drive growth.
- Budget management for marketing and branding activities.
- Oversee product launches and ensure alignment with brand positioning.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors.
- Develop and enforce brand guidelines and standards.
- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of marketing professionals.
- Evaluate and measure the effectiveness of branding efforts using key performance indicators.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging best practices in branding and marketing.
- Provide comprehensive administrative, marketing and brand support to the CEO, managing daily activities and ensuring smooth operations of the Executive Office.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the CEO, exercising high professionalism and discretion.
- Prepare and coordinate materials for meetings, conferences, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Conduct research and compile reports, briefs, and summaries as requested by the CEO, supporting data-driven decision-making.
- Assist in preparing the CEO for meetings, providing background information, talking points, and relevant documentation.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
- Collaborate with other members of the executive team, acting as a liaison and facilitating effective communication.
- Manage special projects assigned by the CEO, overseeing timelines, resources, and deliverables to successful completion.
- Coordinate and organize corporate events, executive retreats, and board meetings, ensuring seamless execution and attention to detail.
Brand Manager Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing or Masters degree, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as in Marketing and Branding or in a similar senior administrative role, preferably supporting C-level executives.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the capacity to interact with individuals at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving skills, resourcefulness, and the ability to make sound judgments independently.
- Proficient in using productivity tools, such as Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and familiarity with modern office technology.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy and consistency.
- Flexibility and adaptability to handle shifting priorities and unexpected changes.
- A positive and proactive attitude, displaying a high level of professionalism and integrity.
- Knowledge of the company's industry and business operations is a plus.
Salary Range-$90,000- $110,000 plus benefits
