General Manager Requirements/Responsibilities:
- Minimum of 2 years of General Manager experience in a casual dining restaurant
- Ability to build and lead a team
- Assists in the achievement of plan sales and profit levels while ensuring maximum guest satisfaction
- Manages the entire operation of the restaurant during scheduled shifts
- Anticipates, identifies, and corrects system breakdowns to achieve maximum guest satisfaction
