Executive Sous Chef Requirements:
- The requirement is for a candidate who has worked as a Sous Chef or Executive Sous Chef in high-volume kitchens for at least four years.
- Experience managing the kitchen's profit and loss related to purchasing, food preparation, labor, and inventory.
- As a hands-on leader, work closely with both front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) teams.
- A strong sense of urgency
