General Manager needed for a fast-growing, Fast-Casual restaurant in Cedar Rapids.

General Manager Requirements:
- Ability to drive sales through excellent operations while understanding and managing costs
- Create a culture through leadership and actions to provide a great experience for employees and guests
- Friendly, passionate, and approachable style
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment – and set the pace!
- 2 years of similar experience required in QSR | Fast Casual | Casual Dining Management
General Manager Compensation:
- No crazy early-morning or late-night hours!
- Strong compensation package
- Health, Dental, Vision, PTO
- Attainable annual bonus up to $10K paid monthly
- Professional advancement as new locations continue to open
