We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Construction Operations Manager to join our team. You must be a collaborative professional with experience managing large scale projects through to completion on time and within budget. We need you on our team, Apply Today!
Operations Manager Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction field
- 5+ Years of experience in construction management (municipal sewer & water construction)
- Must be a strong leader with personable skills and high communication skills
- Ability to problems solve and high level of attention to the details
- The ability to multi-task and prioritize projects to maintain timing and budget guardrails
Operations Manager Responsibilities:
- Monthly reports on project timing and cost to budget
- Maintain project schedules from creation to completion
- Attend all construction meeting and provide collaborative updates as needed
- Manage project associates and ongoing training needs
- Manage necessary certifications and licenses as needed
