Bar Manager Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of bar operations
- Curate and serve an unparalleled Craft Cocktail and Wine Menu
- Enhance guest experiences and promptly address any concerns
- Ensure the highest standards in ingredient quality and food preparation
- Mentor, train, and oversee Front of House staff
- Comply with all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
Bar Manager Qualifications:
- Prior experience in managing a high-volume upscale Restaurant and Bar
- Exceptional leadership skills
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Outstanding communication and writing abilities
- A Keen eye for detail
