Responsibilities:
- Serve as an on-site liaison and representative for structural engineering services
- Conduct inspections and assessments of existing facilities and buildings
- Lead the design of small to medium-sized structural projects
- Participate in meetings for scoping of work and pre-design code reviews
- Complete field investigations related to project work
- Assist in or lead the preparation of design documents
- Review contractor submittals during construction
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering required
- 6+ years of structural engineering design experience
- Experience in the design of concrete, masonry, and structural steel
- Familiarity with construction administration tasks
- P.E. license
- Proficiency in RAM, Enercalc, Tedds, and Revit software preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Must be authorized to work in the US and able to obtain security clearance
- Valid Driver's license
