UPSCALE-CASUAL RESTAURANT MANAGER

This independent, well-known Dorchester Restaurant Group is seeking an energetic, enthusiastic, and savvy hands-on Restaurant Manager for their Upscale-casual, scratch kitchen, Italian Restaurant. If you are an experienced Restaurant Manager with a people-first attitude and hospitality mindset and want to be part of a successful and growing organization, apply today!

SALARY: 75-85k

UPSCALE CASUAL RESTAURANT MANAGER REQUIREMENTS:

  • Service mentality, a culture of hospitality, and a people-first mindset
  • 5 to 7 years in the industry with 2 to 3 years management experience
  • Knowledge and experience with Italian cuisine, wine, and spirits are a plus
  • Experience with OpenTable, Toast POS Systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Self-motivated, responsible, and professional

UPSCALE CASUAL RESTAURANT MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manages all FOH operations
  • Experience in an upscale or fine dining environment
  • Leads from the shoulder with a hands-on management style
  • Addresses opportunities quickly and decisively
  • Ordering, scheduling, and managing service nightly
  • Holds team members accountable when necessary

UPSCALE CASUAL RESTAURANT MANAGER BENEFITS:
