A local Hospitality group in the Orlando theme park area is looking for a high-volume Chef de Cuisine with the ability to lead teams in a diverse dining scene.
You should have experience with dining concepts ranging from QSR, casual table service, and upscale table service.
We are looking for a high-energy and motivated Chef up for a new challenge in a truly unique environment.
Chef de Cuisine Benefits:

Chef de Cuisine Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years in a culinary leadership role
- A previous high-volume theme park experience
- Culinary degree preferred
- Experience with Mexican-related cuisine
- Able to demonstrate the ability to create and execute high-quality scratch menu items as well as proprietary menu items
Chef de Cuisine Responsabilities:
- Execute all kitchen-related duties at a high level while maintaining company standards
- Create seasonal menus and new items as needed
- Meet or exceed financial goals while maintaining the highest food quality
- Adhere to all local food safety and sanitation regulations
- Build and maintain teams while fostering a great work environment
