Unique Boutique Lifestyle Hotel in NYC seeks an experienced Hotel Evening Front Desk Agent to oversee the Front Desk and run Night Audit on Night Auditor's off days. Benefits:
- $30 per Hour = approximate Salary – $65,000 to $75,000
- Holiday pay

Responsibilities:
- Accurately run Night Audit functions
- Distribute reports to appropriate departments
- Assist with Reservations
- Be a consistent presence at the Front Desk assisting Guests with their needs
- Ensuring that all Guests are provided access to all Guest experience programs
- Lead and manage a seamless Guest experience at arrival and departure
Qualifications:
- High-Level Hospitality or Customer Service experience
- LifeStyle Brand familiarity
- Passionate Leadership skills
- People-oriented Servant Leader
- Trainer mindset
