Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:
- Highly experienced in developing teams
- Hospitality-focused, enjoy guest interaction
- Motivate team, and maintain a positive and professional work culture
- Strong knowledge of P&L Management, Inventory, and Controls
Restaurant General Manager Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3+ years of Fine Dining GM experience
- Concrete financials and planning ability
- Expert on the dining steps of service.
- Lead by Example
