We are seeking a talented, upbeat, polished General Manager to join our team.
General Manager Responsibilities & Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in a high-volume, bar-centric scratch kitchen concept
- Strong Leadership skills; leading by example in this hands-on role.
- Develop, coach, and direct the team.
- Hands-on and eyes-on at all times in the restaurant-run it as you own it
- Managing all costs: Labor, Food, Liquor.
- Strong and proven leadership qualities: coach mentality, lead by example, clear and direct, communicator, maintain retention of employees
- Positive, patient, and flexible personality
