Sous Chef Requirements:
- Experience handling high-volume
- Good tenure in each position
- Detail-oriented, high-energy, and dedicated to ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Proficient knowledge of upscale, high-end cuisine
- Competent in leading and nurturing teams.
- Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef and management team to ensure the kitchen operates seamlessly
