Project Leader Responsibilities

  • Managing larger scale projects from start to finish estimating between $500k – $100M in value
  • Oversee staff of 20 – 30 personnel
  • Lead a team that provides Communications, Electronic Safety, and Security
  • Experience with infrastructure including communications ISP/OSP pathways and cabling, networking and wireless systems, CCTV, access control, etc…
  • Scheduling, planning, and actively tracking work to ensure compliance and quality assurance.
  • Monitor project budgets
  • Working with the construction team to develop installations, and execute plans based on labor requirements to dispatch tradesman to site.

Project Leader Requirements

  • B.S. Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Telecommunications, Mechanical, etc…), or Construction Management
  • 4+ years of experience working with electrical contractors
  • The ability to problem-solve technical and constructions dealing with technical, and design issues, operational challenges, work procedures, and other varying concerns.
  • PMP certification is a plus
  • RCDD certification is a plus
  • Eligible to gain clearance (does not have to have one currently.)
  • Be on-site with the project as needed
