Project Leader Responsibilities
- Managing larger scale projects from start to finish estimating between $500k – $100M in value
- Oversee staff of 20 – 30 personnel
- Lead a team that provides Communications, Electronic Safety, and Security
- Experience with infrastructure including communications ISP/OSP pathways and cabling, networking and wireless systems, CCTV, access control, etc…
- Scheduling, planning, and actively tracking work to ensure compliance and quality assurance.
- Monitor project budgets
- Working with the construction team to develop installations, and execute plans based on labor requirements to dispatch tradesman to site.
Project Leader Requirements
- B.S. Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Telecommunications, Mechanical, etc…), or Construction Management
- 4+ years of experience working with electrical contractors
- The ability to problem-solve technical and constructions dealing with technical, and design issues, operational challenges, work procedures, and other varying concerns.
- PMP certification is a plus
- RCDD certification is a plus
- Eligible to gain clearance (does not have to have one currently.)
- Be on-site with the project as needed
