We are seeking a Roadway Design Sr. PM to join a transportation and structural engineering firm. This individual will take on a leadership role and actively engagement with clients.

The 4 year project is in the Baton Rouge, LA area, so you must be comfortable living there.

Roadway Design Sr. PM Benefits:

Roadway Design Sr. PM Qualifications:

  • Must have Professional Engineer license
  • Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering
  • Experience with state DOT standards
  • 10+ years experience in road and project management
  • Experience with AASHTO design standards 
  • Software tools, including AutoCAD/Civil 3D, MicroStation, GeoPak, InRoad, GuideSIGN or AutoTURN

Roadway Design Sr. PM Responsibilities:

  • Civil design including road design (interstates, highways, intersections, interchange layouts) hydraulic design
  • Ensure project costs, schedule, and performance targets are met
  • Engaging in business development efforts to support the development of the project pipeline
  • Mentor and coach more junior engineers and project managers to develop staff
