We are looking for an exceptional General Manager to lead our steakhouse restaurant team! Our ideal candidate has a passion for culinary excellence, team development, and delivering an exceptional guest experience. If you have a proven track record of driving sales growth, managing costs, and achieving operational excellence, we would love to hear from you. 

Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:

– Leading the restaurant team in delivering exceptional food, service, and hospitality to our guests

– Driving sales growth by developing and executing targeted marketing and promotional initiatives

– Managing costs through effective labor management and inventory control,

– Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations

– Recruiting, training, and developing a high-performing team

– Representing the restaurant in the local community and building relationships with regular guests and potential clients

Restaurant General Manager Qualifications:

– At least 5 years of experience as a General Manager in a full-service restaurant with sales exceeding $5 mil

– Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members

– Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs
