Our artisan bakery is in search of a General Manager to lead our team for a new restaurant opening. We offer significant growth opportunities, an excellent benefits package, and comprehensive training to give you the tools to be successful.
General Manager Benefits
- Base salary of $65k + 50% of profit
- 4-month comprehensive training
- 80% employer-sponsored health insurance
- 401k with match
General Manager Requirements and Responsibilities
- Proven track record of solutions-oriented management
- Passion for baking
- Servsafe or equivalent certification
- Prior experience in a similar role
- Bakery experience a plus!
