Our artisan bakery is in search of a General Manager to lead our team for a new restaurant opening. We offer significant growth opportunities, an excellent benefits package, and comprehensive training to give you the tools to be successful.

General Manager Benefits

  • Base salary of $65k + 50% of profit
  • 4-month comprehensive training
  • 80% employer-sponsored health insurance

General Manager Requirements and Responsibilities

  • Proven track record of solutions-oriented management
  • Passion for baking
  • Servsafe or equivalent certification
  • Prior experience in a similar role
  • Bakery experience a plus!
