We are growing and looking to add an Assistant General Manager to our team. We are looking for someone with a victor mindset who has the desire and the capacity to grow into the General Manager position

Assistant General Manager Requirements and Qualifications:

·      3+ years of management experience in a full-service hotel F&B role or a full-service restaurant with a bar.

·      Hands-on Leadership and being proactive with staff development

·      Collaborating with other organizational stakeholders to produce superior outcomes.

·      Proficient with Microsoft Office programs and some knowledge of social media and marketing.

Assistant General Manager Benefits:

·      Base salary of $65 to $75K

·      Health and Dental insurance heavily subsidized by the company

·      PTO and some paid holidays

·      Annual Bonus for meeting and exceeding targets
