Head of Insurance Customer Success Requirements
- Commercial insurance management experience (5+ years)
- Active P&C license
- Leadership experience (teams of 20+)
- Extensive commercial insurance understanding
Head of Insurance Customer Success Responsibilities
- Manage team of commercial insurance account managers
- Work in a fast-paced environment
- Make changes to processes and procedures as needed
