Great opportunity to join a successful management team of an established, innovative, multi-unit, multi-concept restaurant Group. This is the chance for a driven, energetic personality with a hands-on approach to advance to the next level. Our current need is for a strong Assistant General Manager for this new, exciting, high-profile opening.
Assistant General Manager Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations as an AGM for this busy, upscale, very polished concept
- Hire, train, and develop staff
- Take disciplinary actions as needed
- Ensure consistent quality of food, drinks, and overall guest experience as the General Manager
Assistant General Manager Requirements:
- Winning personality
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Must have a strong polished, fine dining restaurant background
- Strong motivation and great work ethic
- Great tenure – demonstrated progress at prior jobs
