We are looking for a Restaurant Director of Operations who leads with integrity and ethics!

Restaurant Director of Operations Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field is preferred
  • You must have 3+ years of proven leadership and performance in a Multi-Unit leadership position, with a full-service concept that serves LBW
  • You must have experience overseeing over 8 locations
  • You must have a track record of Company loyalty and tenure – no more than 3 jobs in 10 years please
  • You must have integrity, character, and professionalism
  • You must be committed to CARING about the entire team – salaried and hourly
  • You must be able to travel within your region

Restaurant Director of Operations Responsibilities (but not limited to):

  • Drive a culture of operational excellence, and create over-the-top employee and guest experiences
  • Coach GM's and Managers on leadership, operational excellence and financials
  • Make it a personal priority to embrace and leverage diversity and inclusion; values diverse viewpoints
  • Seek to understand and value employees’ unique needs and aspirations
  • Ensure the quality of all restaurant facilities throughout your region
  • Establishes plans, communicates strategy, and measures specific financial goals to achieve sustained increases in restaurant sales and profitability
  • Monitors restaurant performance metrics to identify emerging trends and areas of opportunity
