Great opportunity to join a successful management team of an established, innovative retail group with a new opening coming to the Kissiinnee area. This is the chance for a driven, energetic personality to advance to the next level with a hands-on approach. Our current need is for a strong General Manager.

Retail Manager Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations as a Retail Manager for this busy location
  • Hire, train, and develop staff
  • Take disciplinary actions as needed
  • Ensure consistent quality of product, and overall guest experience as the General Manager

Retail Manager Requirements:

  • Winning personality
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • At least two years of Retail/Restaurant Manager experience in Retail, Fast Casual or Fast Food Restaurants
  • Strong motivation and excellent work ethic
  • Remarkable tenure – demonstrated progress at prior jobs
