An exciting insurtech company is looking to add a Head of Customer Success to its rapidly growing organization.
HEAD OF CUSTOMER SUCCESS RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute on multi-year vision, strategy, and roadmap
- Work directly with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
- Lead a growing team of licensed and unlicensed team members
- Deliver detailed monthly reporting to brokerage partners
HEAD OF CUSTOMER SUCCESS REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven account management leadership experience of large teams (20+ direct reports)
- 8+ years commercial insurance management experience
- In-depth understanding of brokerage account management and commercial insurance policies
- MUST HAVE an active commercial property & casualty insurance license in multiple states
HEAD OF CUSTOMER SUCCESS COMPENSATION:
