An exciting insurtech company is looking to add a Head of Customer Success to its rapidly growing organization.

HEAD OF CUSTOMER SUCCESS RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and execute on multi-year vision, strategy, and roadmap
  • Work directly with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
  • Lead a growing team of licensed and unlicensed team members
  • Deliver detailed monthly reporting to brokerage partners

HEAD OF CUSTOMER SUCCESS REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven account management leadership experience of large teams (20+ direct reports)
  • 8+ years commercial insurance management experience
  • In-depth understanding of brokerage account management and commercial insurance policies
  • MUST HAVE an active commercial property & casualty insurance license in multiple states
