Health & Fitness Facility General Manager Benefits:

• Competitive salary range, with base earning potential between $175,000 and $225,000

Health & Fitness Facility General Manager Responsibilities:

• Will play a pivotal role in all phases of the development of the concept including site selection and naming of the concept
• Create streamlined processes to ensure a memorable customer experience
• Develop and manage budgets to drive cost-effective operations and revenue growth
• Continuously monitor financial performance and make data-driven decisions
• Identify revenue-generating opportunities through memberships, classes, and events
• Lead the recruitment, training, and management of a dedicated team
• Cultivate a positive work culture that fosters teamwork and personal growth
• Collaborate on marketing campaigns targeting key demographics
• Represent the company at community events and networking opportunities

Health & Fitness Facility General Manager Requirements:

• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in business or Sports Management
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in fitness management, including leadership roles
• Demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit, adaptability, and resourcefulness
• Background in hospitality with a strong foundation in fitness
• Genuine passion for promoting fitness and healthy lifestyles for children and families
• Proficiency in leadership, communication, and team-building
• Expertise in financial management and budgeting
• First Aid and CPR certification, or a willingness to obtain it
