Health & Fitness Facility General Manager Benefits:
- Competitive salary range, with base earning potential between $175,000 and $225,000

Health & Fitness Facility General Manager Responsibilities:
- Will play a pivotal role in all phases of the development of the concept including site selection and naming of the concept
- Create streamlined processes to ensure a memorable customer experience
- Develop and manage budgets to drive cost-effective operations and revenue growth
- Continuously monitor financial performance and make data-driven decisions
- Identify revenue-generating opportunities through memberships, classes, and events
- Lead the recruitment, training, and management of a dedicated team
- Cultivate a positive work culture that fosters teamwork and personal growth
- Collaborate on marketing campaigns targeting key demographics
- Represent the company at community events and networking opportunities
Health & Fitness Facility General Manager Requirements:
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in business or Sports Management
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in fitness management, including leadership roles
- Demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit, adaptability, and resourcefulness
- Background in hospitality with a strong foundation in fitness
- Genuine passion for promoting fitness and healthy lifestyles for children and families
- Proficiency in leadership, communication, and team-building
- Expertise in financial management and budgeting
- First Aid and CPR certification, or a willingness to obtain it
