We are looking for a Litigation Attorney with specific experience in Labor and Employment for the Maryland/DC area to join a busy and growing law firm. This is a tremendous opportunity for growth and to join a firm with amazing culture. Litigation Attorney Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-7 years of litigation experience and experience in Labor and Employment Law specifically.
- Meet all the attorney compliance requirements and admission to the Maryland Bar.
- Must have excellent research, analytical, writing, and client communication skills.
- Billable revenue of at least $1M yearly in previous experience
- Self-starter with a results-driven mentality
- Practicing attorney in the state of Maryland or ability to waive into Maryland Bar
- A strong passion for advocacy
Litigation Attorney Qualifications:
- Excellent supervisory and interpersonal written and verbal communications skills.
- A results-driven individual that exceeds goals for clients and plaintiffs
- Have a commitment to the law, civil rights, and making a difference with people
- Strong service orientation and a demonstrated desire to continually improve the services and operations of an organization.
- Computer literacy and familiarity with standard business-related software.
- Completion of all the academic and compliance requirements to be a practicing attorney in Maryland
