We are looking for a Litigation Attorney with specific experience in Labor and Employment for the Maryland/DC area to join a busy and growing law firm. Litigation Attorney Requirements:

• Minimum of 3-7 years of litigation experience and experience in Labor and Employment Law specifically.
• Meet all the attorney compliance requirements and admission to the Maryland Bar.
• Must have excellent research, analytical, writing, and client communication skills.
• Billable revenue of at least $1M yearly in previous experience
• Self-starter with a results-driven mentality
• Practicing attorney in the state of Maryland or ability to waive into Maryland Bar
• A strong passion for advocacy

Litigation Attorney Qualifications:

• Excellent supervisory and interpersonal written and verbal communications skills.
• A results-driven individual that exceeds goals for clients and plaintiffs
• Have a commitment to the law, civil rights, and making a difference with people
• Strong service orientation and a demonstrated desire to continually improve the services and operations of an organization.
• Computer literacy and familiarity with standard business-related software.
• Completion of all the academic and compliance requirements to be a practicing attorney in Maryland
