A Growing Manufacturer West of Houston is looking for a Manufacturing Fabrication Manager responsible for leading a team of fabrication technicians and overseeing the production and fabrication process! Manufacturing Fabrication Manager Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing or related field preferred.
- 3+ Years of experience in a high-speed/fast-paced manufacturing environment is required.
- Must have experience with Stone – Preferably Granite and/or Quartz
- Strong technical and mechanical background in manufacturing processes
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing or 5S experience Preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with their team and work cross-functionally with others
- Lead and motivate a team of fabrication technicians and production supervisors
Manufacturing Fabrication Manager Physical Job Requirements:
- Stand for long periods of time/walk/climb stairs/stoop/kneel/crouch/crawl/balance
- Lift – Up to 50lbs
- Push/Pull up to 100 lbs
- Work in a non-climate controlled environment
- Ability to work in an environment exposed to fumes or airborne particles (Proper PPE will be provided)
