Manufacturing Fabrication Manager Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing or related field preferred.
• 3+ Years of experience in a high-speed/fast-paced manufacturing environment is required.
• Must have experience with Stone – Preferably Granite and/or Quartz
• Strong technical and mechanical background in manufacturing processes
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing or 5S experience Preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively with their team and work cross-functionally with others
• Lead and motivate a team of fabrication technicians and production supervisors

Manufacturing Fabrication Manager Physical Job Requirements:

• Stand for long periods of time/walk/climb stairs/stoop/kneel/crouch/crawl/balance
• Lift – Up to 50lbs
• Push/Pull up to 100 lbs
• Work in a non-climate controlled environment
• Ability to work in an environment exposed to fumes or airborne particles (Proper PPE will be provided)
