We are seeking a talented and dedicated SQL Database Manager to join our team. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our non-profit's mission while utilizing your technical expertise in SQL, .NET, and project management.
SQL Database Manager Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and optimize SQL databases to support data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to ensure effective IT solutions.
- Lead IT projects from conception to completion, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Utilize .NET technologies to develop and enhance custom software solutions as needed.
- Implement and enforce IT security policies and best practices to safeguard our organization's data.
- Provide training and support to staff members on IT-related matters.
- Evaluate and recommend IT solutions and upgrades to enhance efficiency and productivity.
SQL Database Manager Work Environment and Benefits:
- This position offers work-from-home flexibility, allowing you to balance work and personal commitments effectively.
- Occasional on-site visits to our office in Oxford, Ohio may be required.

SQL Database Manager Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Strong proficiency in SQL database administration and optimization.
- Proficiency in .NET development and familiarity with related technologies.
- Proven experience in project management, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and remotely, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
