A Restaurant General Manager is needed at this upscale restaurant scratch kitchen, a diverse team and a plethora of customers we are looking for a highly energetic leader ready to be with the team and guests to ensure the workday is smooth and the experience above expectations! Restaurant General Manager Benefits:

Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:
- Table touching to ensure quality standards and guest satisfaction are exceeded
- Hire, train, develop, and mentor the team
- Market within the community to bolster return guests
- Ability to manage a P&L
- Adhere to systems and processes
Restaurant General Manager Qualifications:
- Previous restaurant management experience with over 50 on the team
- 5 years or more General Manager experience with sales volume over $6 million
- Ability to work weekends, evenings, holidays
- P&L knowledge
- Proven leadership experience
