Join a collaborative team as a Civil Engineer in one of the following office locations: Baxter, Alexandria, Grand Forks, East Grand Forks, Mankato, or Bemidji. Dive into an array of municipal projects while building enduring client relations, and contributing to community-focused engineering solutions across greater Minnesota and North Dakota.
Civil Engineer Benefits and Compensation:
- $85 – 115k salary with discretionary annual profit-sharing bonuses.

Civil Engineer Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
- Active Professional Engineering (P.E.) licensure in good standing in Minnesota or North Dakota.
- 10+ years’ experience in municipal engineering projects.
- Proficiency with MnDOT or NDDOT requirements and State-Aid procedures.
Civil Engineer Responsibilities:
- Manage municipal clients and projects, attending city council and commission meetings.
- Develop and oversee design concepts, ensuring timely plan preparation.
- Prepare and administer technical reports, contract documents, and the public bidding process.
- Support business development operations through industry functions and client presentations.
