As the Corporate Director of Franchise Operations, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing our extensive network of franchise stores, ensuring they operate at the highest standards of excellence. With responsibility for several hundred franchise locations, you will lead a team of dedicated professionals in the pursuit of our brand's success and growth.

Director of Franchise Operations Responsibilities Include:

• Franchise Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive franchise growth strategy in alignment with the company's overall goals and objectives.
• Franchisee Support: Provide guidance and support to franchisees, ensuring they adhere to brand standards, operational procedures, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Performance Management: Monitor franchisee performance, key performance indicators (KPIs), and financial metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth.
• Quality Assurance: Maintain and enhance brand consistency by conducting regular quality assessments and audits of franchise locations.
• Training and Development: Oversee the development and implementation of training programs for franchisees and their teams, focusing on product knowledge, customer service, and operational efficiency.
• Legal Compliance: Ensure franchisees comply with all legal and regulatory requirements, including contracts, permits, and licenses.
• Expansion: Lead the identification and evaluation of potential new franchise locations and work closely with real estate teams for site selection.
• Budget Management: Manage the budget for franchise operations, optimizing resources to achieve targets effectively.
• Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on the performance of the franchise network and recommend strategies for improvement.

Director of Franchise Operations Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 10+ years of relevant experience in franchise operations management within the restaurant industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and growing a large franchise network.
• Strong understanding of franchise agreements, legal compliance, and contract negotiation.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
• Willingness to travel as required to visit franchise locations.
• Passion for the restaurant industry and commitment to upholding our brand's reputation.
