Are you a highly motivated individual with a strong sales background and excellent communication skills? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join the renowned hotel group in the Des Plaines Area as a Director of Sales and Marketing.
Director of Sales and Marketing Benefits:

Director of Sales and Marketing Responsibilities:
- Identify new markets and generate leads
- Attend trade shows to drive sales
- Achieve sales goals on a weekly basis
- Customize sales presentations and conduct hotel tours
- Prepare sales plans, literature, and contracts
- Manage daily sales activities and coach the team
- Drive revenue and profitability through various channels
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Prospect for new business through various methods
- Contribute to marketing efforts to upsell hotel services
- Maintain accurate reporting and provide feedback to the team
Director of Sales and Marketing Qualifications:
- 10+ years of hospitality sales experience
- Minimum 3 years in a Director of Sales and Marketing role
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Experience in a large hotel with banquet facilities
