Junior Construction Superintendent Perks

  • Compensation ranges from $65,000 – $80,000 (depending on your level of experience in leadership roles)

Junior Construction Superintendent Qualifications and Responsibilities

  • 1-4 years of progressive experience as a Construction Supervisor or Site Supervisor overseeing Home building projects
  • Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Construction Engineering, or Construction Management
  • Working knowledge of home construction building methods, materials, and safety practices
  • Team management and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members
  • Ability and desire to prioritize tasks, handle multiple projects, solve problems, adhere to budgets, meet deadlines, and learn new skills
  • Proficiency with ERM systems, Microsoft Office Outlook, Excel, construction software, and tools
