Restaurant Manager Responsibilities/Qualifications:
- Maintain a positive culture of success and fun
- Work within standardized company systems and processes
- Control the dining room through constant support and leadership
- Keep staff energy high with a guest forward focus
- Bar experience is a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced high energy environment
- Review P&L results with General Manager and develop a plan for possible improvements.
- Ensure guests receive the highest level of customer service
