Chief Executive Officer Responsibilities:
- Articulate the vision, mission and values of the management company to support the brand
- Lead and manage development of all operating policies and procedures
- Ensure that a robust finance and accounting system is established and high-functioning
- Mentor and lead CFO, COO, CAO
Chief Executive Officer Requirements:
- 10+ years CEO experience in leading a successful senior living organization and growing a portfolio of communities over multiple states
- Ability to establish clear accountability of team members and organizational performance
- Entrepreneurial spirit with demonstrated ability to motivate a team and inspire greatness
- Must live in or relo to Dallas area to work from Southlake office
Chief Executive Officer Benefits
- Salary $300K+ Dependent upon Experience
