Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities/Qualifications:
- Oversee guest services to create an excellent guest experience
- Mentor, develop, and coach team
- P&L oversight
- Cultivate and maintain a positive culture of successs
- Accomplish company goals – be a team player
- Previous experience in casual, full-service restaurants
- Scratch Kitchen experience
- Goal-Oriented and successful at rallying team to hitting targets
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
