Senior Construction Project Executive Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
  • Lean Construction experience, PMP Certification, and Slf Perform Labor Management Expertise preferred
  • 10+ years of industry experience with strong progression including laborer, supervisor/superintendent, and estimator experience
  • Proficiency with Procore and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Must travel up to 85%
  • Strong soft skills including communication, leadership, teamwork, grit, critical thinking, problem-solving, attention to detail, thinking outside the box, humility, and ownership mentality

Senior Construction Project Executive Responsibilities

  • Direct management of project execution teams, cross-collaboration with all departments ensuring alignment with company goals and client expectations
  • Serve as construction operational lead during design, development, budgeting, bidding/buyout, and implementation – identify opportunities for improvement to enhance efficiency and quality
  • Track/administer monthly reconciliation of all projects within a region – cost forecasting, change management, schedule reviews, and updates
  • Identify potential risks/challenges and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions and/or reconfigure project execution plans
  • Develop expertise regarding regulatory requirements by region (processes, codes and regulations)
