This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced manager to join this well-known and established restaurant owned by a local, upscale, and chef-driven staple!

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations as Assistant General Manager
  • Strong Tenure – No job hoppers
  • Schedule labor and order food items/operating supplies
  • Control labor costs
  • Hire, train, and develop staff
  • Take disciplinary actions as needed
  • Ensure consistent quality of food, drinks, and overall guest experience
  • Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and a top health score
  • Represent restaurant to guests, landlord, community leaders
  • Drive and develop restaurant and bar business

Requirements:

  • Winning personality
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Good kitchen and service skills — at least three years of relevant experience
  • Strong motivation and excellent work ethic
  • Great tenure -demonstrated progress at prior jobs
  • High volume experience of $5+ million a year
  • 3-4 years of current Management experience in a fine-dining restaurant
  • Strong beverage and wine knowledge
