Service Technician Responsibilities/Requirements:
- Have the technical experience to make the diagnoses and correct product issues
- Understanding and ability to read diagrams/schematics for equipment repairs
- Have a high level of communication skills
- Universal EPA Certification
- Must be customer service oriented
