Our client, a highly successful family-owned and operated insurance agency is looking to add a Commercial Lines Manager to their organization. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing agency with remote flexibility.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Help to integrate various internal teams to enhance the customer experience
- Partner with marketing/lead generation to convert leads into business
- Establish the standard of client service, and promote compliance with agency service standards and expectations
- Manage, mentor, train, and support a team of five service and account executives
WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT FIT:
- Prior experience managing a commercial lines department
- Solid commercial lines technical knowledge
- People management experience
